Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken is made from chicken breasts cooked slowly but surely in a combination of ranch and cheese! It’s smooth, delicious, and it’s so cheap and easy to make!
I eventually got around to try the recipe for Slow Cooker Crack Chicken. My neighbor told me about this crack chicken, though she’s making hers in her instant pot.
This recipe is made by Shelly from the Cookies and Cups website; you can see her recipe here. I’m so happy that I gave this recipe a try and that the flavors go so well together and go great over white rice, which manages to take away a little bit of white rice.
Three chicken breasts
2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 box ranch seasoning
1 cup of sliced cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 slices of cheddar cheese
8 rolls of hoagie
Add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Toast the hoagie rolls, scoop on the chicken and top with cheddar slice and crumbled bacon. More than enough for 8 hoagie rolls! Enjoy!
