Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them well.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
