Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them skin-side down on the sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush or spoon the mixture generously over the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm with lemon slices on the side.
