Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • Extra cookies and whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter together. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to make the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Whip heavy cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake filling.
  5. Layer banana slices over crust, then spread cheesecake filling on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
