Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch, divided
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked white rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with 1 tbsp cornstarch until coated.
