In a bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small oval patties or skewers.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook kofta until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.
For the sauce, mix yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, and mint in a small bowl.
Serve kofta hot with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
