Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 150g breadcrumbs (panko if you have them)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
  3. Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs until well covered.
  4. Arrange the chicken pieces on the tray and lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
