Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips by hand with a spatula.
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheets, leaving space between each.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers still look soft.
Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
