Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and slice in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  3. Set up two bowls: one with beaten eggs, one with bread crumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings mixed together.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg, then press firmly into the bread crumb mixture to coat both sides.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
