Fruit Smoothie Recipes with Spinach and Avocado

When I first tossed spinach into my blender with avocado, I wasn’t sure if I’d made a genius move or a huge mistake. Turns out, it was the best decision for mornings when my body wants something refreshing but my brain still lingers in bed. This smoothie feels creamy, almost like a milkshake, but with the kind of green kick that makes you feel smugly healthy. Let’s be real, not everyone wakes up craving spinach. But blend it with avocado, banana, and a splash of milk and you’ll wonder why you ever doubted green drinks in the first place. The avocado adds that buttery smoothness while the spinach disappears into the mix, leaving you with something light, slightly sweet, and pretty darn good for you. What I love most about this recipe is how quick it comes together. No chopping marathon, no weird powders with names you can’t pronounce, just a handful of real ingredients and a blender. Honestly, it’s one of those easy fruit smoothie recipes you’ll keep coming back to, whether you’re rushing out the door or just need a gentle start to your day.
