Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butterfly each chicken breast and spread a spoonful of cream cheese inside.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the cream cheese and fold the chicken back together.
Wrap each chicken breast tightly with two slices of bacon.
Brush BBQ sauce generously over each bacon-wrapped chicken breast.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if you like.
