Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth, stirring halfway.
Mix in almond flour and baking powder until well combined.
Add eggs and stir until a dough forms. It will be sticky but workable.
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a log and shape into a bagel.
Place on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
