Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Crack in the eggs and whisk them together until well combined.
Add the almond flour, baking powder if using, and a pinch of salt. Stir until you have a thick, even batter.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. The texture improves as it cools.
