Season the pork loin with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sear the pork loin on all sides until golden brown.
Pour in the chicken broth, making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Remove the pork loin, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
