Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add ground beef, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each triangle and roll up tightly.
Arrange rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
