Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish. Spoon the garlic butter sauce evenly over the fillets.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Optional: Broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
Remove from the oven, spoon extra sauce over the salmon, and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
